We have worked with WaveAccess to integrate the BaseCon smart pharmacovigilance platform with Viedoc, an EDC system for pre-certificate clinical trials. WaveAccess was in charge of the development of an integration module that would coordinate Basecon and VieDoc data fields and creating a mapping editor. WaveAccess also created a user-friendly interface for the screens they made and conducted part of the testing validation. As a person at Basecon who was closely working with WaveAccess during this project, I particularly value the quality of communication between us. It was easy and constant, we got feedback right when we needed it, the WaveAccess team learned our needs very fast, immediately transferred them into a technical task and implemented everything exactly as we wanted. The key tech challenge was to create a flexible editor of mapping and connection details and WaveAccess handled it really well. It was a side project for Basecon and we don’t have an inhouse team for such things, so finding such a reliable and skillful team as WaveAccess as a nearshoring partner was a relief. Our plans at the moment are to use this integration for at least one client till the end of the calendar year and we would definitely consider WaveAccess for future projects.

We develop a microservice-oriented platform with some IoT stacks and complex cloud infrastructure. To be able to scale fast in the product development, we hired WaveAccess to provide the necessary resources and knowledge. WaveAccess was able to accomplish their tasks by utilizing the Scrum framework and methodology. We were impressed with their speed, quality of deliverables, and availability of resources.
We engaged WaveAccess in August 2020 for a mandate to complete development of the Android version of the VINILINK App. Due to unforeseen circumstances - the development of this version had been stopped by a third-party IT team. In the meantime the iOS version of the App had been successfully launched. As a result VINILNK SA ended up facing a real challenge of making sure the Android App catches up with the iOS one as soon as possible. Not only the WaveAccess team managed to take over, sort out the third-party partially developed software, and put together a smooth and professional process but it demonstrated a very high level of engagement and dedication to the project. As a result we received the Android version ahead of the agreed deadline and even had several days left for final testing and fine-tuning. On behalf of VINILINK SA I would like to thank the WaveAccess team for their professionalism, flexibility, and deep involvement in the projects. A development team working overtime and permanently (24/7) at reach is a rare find.
